Kevin is a former Division 1 athlete, holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Sport and Science, a certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and is considered one of the top performance and weight loss specialists in Los Angeles.

Kevin has coached all types of people and has helped them reshape their lives through customized, targeted fitness programs. By helping his clients find the balance between their mind and body, they consistently achieve exceptional results, beyond their expectations.

Courtney Bubeck

Fitness has been a huge part of her life starting at the age of 5 with dance and gymnastics. She is a Certified personal trainer and coach with over 8 years of experience. Her certifications are in personal training, Crossfit, USAW and as a yoga instructor. She loves seeing people transform mentally, physically and spiritually. Her passion for fitness helps motivate and transform people into the best versions of themselves.


Eric Constanti

Eric's passion for fitness started when he was very young. He started playing Baseball before he could even walk.  He continued his Baseball career through college, and transitioned into Marathon running & Strength Training soon after. Eric knew he had a passion for fitness and working with likeminded people. For the past 6 years Eric has helped many people reach their fitness goals and live a more healthy lifestyle. His success as a coach has come from his up lifting energy & dedication to his craft. He is certified in Kettle Bells, Precision Nutrition, and Trigger Point Therapy.   


Rachel Dellefield

Specializations: Sports Conditioning, Weight Management, Strength Training

Rachel’s passion for fitness and movement started when she was young - she started playing softball when she was 5 and continued playing competitively for 14 years until she broke her ankle. Because of her injury, she coupled her love for strength training with yoga to help with mobility, flexibility, and pain management. Rachel is a Yoga Alliance certified instructor having completed a 200-hour Holistic Yoga Flow training. Rachel implements a holistic approach to physically challenging vinyasa flow classes, focusing on smart sequencing, safe alignment, and the breath. Her experience teaching yoga brings a unique take on personal training and strength training, and she loves working with people to help them move towards a healthier lifestyle, both physically and mentally.
