Follow Whole 30 guidelines and Whole 30 meal prep with provided example meal plans
Weekly Prizes such as free massage, meal prep and personal training sessions

Join our Challenge Orientation
We'll take your Body Fat percentage Summary form InBody Machine, a complimentary before photo with in house photographer, receive sustainable strategies for success PDF, review Challenge Guidelines, and a Sweat 60 shopping bag + grocery list (First 50 participants)
- Thursday April 12th at 6pm or 7:30pm
- Friday 13th at 7am
- Saturday 14th at 10am
Each Sunday throughout the 30 days Sweat 60 will host a FREE community Sweat (hike, stairs beach workout or run - feel free to invite friends or significant others)

Join the Sweat 60 Members ONLY Facebook Page - message, interact, read the inspirational stories, gain knowledge, motivate fellow challenge members, declare goals for additional accountability, post pics and be a part of a positive community
Each person will also have an accountability coach throughout the 30 days.
Your most important ally: nutrition
You will hear from Sweat 60 Coaches on nutrition and recovery and tips to continue your successful throughout the 30 day challenge
How do I track Nutrition? Post and ask question on our Challenge Facebook Page. Take a look at our sample meal plans from our coach. We will email and give you a hard copy of the Whole 30 guidelines including a grocery list
I’m too busy to cook!! What’s the Meal prep option? Whole 30 prepared meals are available for purchase at $150/week which includes 15 meals + 1 snack per day. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested.
